What lotvine.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This page explains what lotvine.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Lotvine is based in Bengaluru, India. Lotvine Store at lotvine.store has its own sign-up terms for members.
When you contact us
The form on our homepage asks whether you are a brand or a buyer, your name, company, work email, WhatsApp or phone number, and a short message about your stock. The form is sent through Formspree, a form service, to our team.
We use these details to reply to you and to talk about selling or buying through Lotvine. We do not sell them or share them with other brands or buyers.
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which receives the name and email you enter there.
How we measure visits
We use two tools to see how people use this site, so we can fix pages that confuse visitors:
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages people read, how long they stay, the device and browser they use, and their approximate location. Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through a page, and shows this as session replays and heatmaps. Clarity hides text typed into form fields. Microsoft's privacy statement.
Both tools use cookies or similar browser storage, and both may process data outside India. We use what they show us only to improve lotvine.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as we are talking with you about your stock or your purchases, and delete them when you ask us to. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each tool.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent us. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also withdraw consent you have given.
